Registration is limited to 10 participants.
In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the basic tools and materials used in embroidery. Our instructor will guide you through each step of the process with clear demonstrations and hands-on practice, where you learn the essentials.
You will learn a variety of stitches, including:
- Running stitch
- Back stitch
- Satin stitch
- Chain stitch
- French knots
These stitches will set you up for success in creating intricate patterns, textures, and designs.
The workshop will cover various aspects of embroidery, including:
- Transferring designs onto fabric
- Hooping and stabilizing fabric
- Choosing the right needles and threads
Participants will have the opportunity to work on a small embroidery project of their choice. All necessary supplies will be provided, including embroidery hoops, needles, threads, and fabric.
Additionally, participants are welcome to bring their own items to embroider if they have a specific project in mind. Whether it's a garment, accessory, or home décor item, our instructor will offer guidance and support to help you bring your vision to life.
